BOSCH REXROTH OIL CONTROL performs a test on each component
The A-VRFC3C-VEI-VS series flow control valves are 3-way valves, featuring one inlet port “P” and two outlet ports “A” and “B”.
Outlet “A” is the priority port, pressure-compensated, equipped with a pressure relief valve, and can be activated on demand through a solenoid cartridge.
Outlet “B” acts as a by-pass, carrying all excess flow not required by the priority circuit.
Both outlet flows from ports “A” and “B” can be used to power different machine functions.
These valves provide a simple and efficient solution for supplying hydraulic tools (such as hydraulic hammers) from the existing hydraulic system, with no need to modify the main directional control valve.
They enable simultaneous operation, independent of the respective working pressures, of both the hydraulic actuator powered by the priority outlet “A”, and the normal machine functions (traction, slewing, cylinder movements, etc.) powered through the by-pass outlet “B” via the main directional valve.
