Shipping Your Parcel
Parcels are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Our standard shipping services are France Express, Net Express Europe and Fly Express, with delivery without a signature. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible, allowing you to monitor the delivery of your parcel online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We recommend grouping all your purchases into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will therefore apply to each order individually.
Your parcel is shipped at your own risk. However, particular care is taken when preparing and packaging parcels containing fragile products.
