Hydraulic manifold block design
OCGF has the capability to design and assemble your custom hydraulic manifold blocks thanks to its technical expertise and powerful Automation Studio design software.
Automation Studio allows us to design the most optimized manifold block for our customers directly from a hydraulic schematic. We can create a digital twin of the customer’s application, measure a wide range of circuit parameters such as pressure, flow rate and pressure drops, and simulate how the machine will operate.
Once the study has been approved by the customer, we can send a 3D STEP file to the machining company so that the block can be manufactured easily. After the block has been produced, we assemble the hydraulic components and deliver the finished unit to the customer.
Thanks to our wide range of Rexroth and HydraForce cartridges, we are able to design high-performance hydraulic manifold blocks adapted to demanding applications.
