Hammer valve For 2 Pumps
Port size : 1/2"
Maxi flow inlet: 100 +100 l/mn
Maxi regulated flow priority : 150 l/mn
Standard setting 210 bar
The 0M.43.12.80 3-way hydraulic flow control valve provides an efficient and compact way to manage flow priority in complex hydraulic systems.
It features two inlets (P1, P2) and three outlets (A, B1, B2):
Port A is the priority, pressure-compensated outlet equipped with a built-in relief valve and solenoid control.
Ports B1 and B2 act as bypass lines, carrying the excess flow to other machine functions.
This configuration allows simultaneous and independent operation of:
the hydraulic actuator supplied by the priority line (A), and
the machine’s main functions (traction, slewing, lifting, etc.) powered by the bypass ports (B1, B2).
Max operating pressure: 350 bar (5000 psi)
Priority line pressure limited by built-in relief valve
Max back pressure at T: 1.5 bar (20 psi)
Drain from T (de-energized): up to 1.5 L/min (0.4 gpm)
Fluid temperature: –20 °C to +80 °C (–4 to 176 °F)
Viscosity range: 20 – 380 mm²/s (cSt)
Recommended fluid cleanliness: ISO 4406 Class 19/17/14
Manifold material: Zinc-plated steel
Stable priority flow under varying load conditions
Enables tool operation without modifying the main control valve
Ideal for hydraulic tools (hammers, cutters, motors, etc.)
Allows simultaneous independent functions in multi-circuit systems
Perfect for construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and custom hydraulic power units.
